Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped via regular mail from our distribution centre located in London, Ontario, Canada. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you are ordering outside of Canada, please, delivery may take longer.

Returns & Replacements

We don't offer exchanges or refunds for “change-of-mind” situations - only if a product is deemed “faulty”. Please contact us before shipping any goods to us to be considered for refund.We do not cover the cost of any additional shipping charges.

 

Ordering

All items displayed on the website are currently in-stock unless otherwise shown. We don't back-order from suppliers, so whatever you order will be shipped out at the first available opportunity. All customers must register with our Website before checking-out. Our Website shopping-cart uses Javascript to perform many actions. If you experience problems checking-out, ensure your browser has Javascript enabled.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The Website offers 2 methods of payment, cheque and PayPal. Visa and Mastercard and other credit cards are accepted if you elect to check-out via PayPal. All prices online are in Canadian dollars and apply to on-line purchases only. If paying by cheque, your order will not be shipped until your cheque has cleared.

 

Viewing Orders

Upon registering, you will be sent an account confirmation email with logon details to access your account. Click on the confirmation link in the email and you're away... EXTRACT FROM THE ACCOUNT CONFIRMATION EMAIL: "Your e-mail must be confirmed before using it to log in to our store.To confirm the e-mail and instantly log in, please, use this confirmation link. This link is valid only once." After successfully logging into the Website, you can update your contact details; view current & past orders; check out your product reviews and more, just by clicking the "My Account" link. Updating Account Information

It is important to keep your personal information up to date so that we can ensure proper payment and delivery of your items.
